There are many different types of arrangement that can apply to the creation and distribution of an artist’s recordings.  We advise on all these different aspects including traditional artist agreements, "360" deals and the artist "DIY" approach (and hybrids of both).  We also advise artists and financiers alike on the securitisation of rights and income streams and help to place artists with appropriate record companies or investment companies.

We are ideally placed to provide legal services in relation to the entire production process, including hire of a studio, engagement of a producer and engineer, and manufacture and distribution of recordings.
