Charlotte joined Bray & Krais as a consultant in 2020 specialising in dispute resolution and litigation.  This reunited Charlotte with Simon Goodbody and Andrew Forbes with whom she had worked at both Forbes Anderson Free and Lee and Thompson.

Since qualifying in 2006 Charlotte has been immersed in a wide range of music industry disputes and issues, having acted for leading talent, artist management, major record companies, music publishers and industry bodies.  She has also been involved in a number of high-profile sports related disputes acting for well-known sportsmen and women in the fields of athletics, boxing, cricket and football.

As part of the Bray & Krais dispute resolution and litigation team, Charlotte continues to provide advice across the full spectrum of sports, media and entertainment related issues (including contract, intellectual property and reputation and brand management).
