Joseph is a Senior Associate, specialising in corporate and company commercial work.
Joseph trained at Taylor Wessing, a leading City firm, and qualified in 2017. Joseph joined Bray & Krais as an Associate in June 2021 before becoming a Senior Associate in July 2022, where he leads the firm’s corporate offering. Joseph graduated with an LLB in Law with Politics from the University of Manchester, before completing the Legal Practice Course at BPP in London.
Joseph has experience acting for a wide array of clients, from individuals and sole traders to multinational listed companies, and his clients include recording artists, music publishers and labels, investment companies, high net worth individuals, sportspeople, and many others. Joseph regularly advises on M&A transactions – including music catalogue sales – acting for both buyers and sellers, as well as on equity investments, joint venture and shareholder arrangements, corporate reorganisations, and general commercial matters.
