Max joined Bray and Krais as a paralegal in 2025. He comes with over a decade’s experience working as a professional musician, producing and making records around an extensive global touring schedule.

Max is known particularly for his role as a founding member of Gang Of Youths, an acclaimed indie rock band from Sydney. His deep understanding of the functional and commercial challenges of the music industry and his desire to help others navigate it is what drew him to joining the team at Bray and Krais.

Max studied law at Macquarie University in Sydney – graduating with honours whilst on the road and qualifying as an Australian lawyer in 2018.
