Sarah joined Bray & Krais in 2025 as Financial Controller.

A Chartered Accountant who trained with one of the ‘Big 4’ accountancy firms, Sarah transitioned from practice into industry and has built a strong track record of helping businesses enhance financial management and achieve sustainable growth.

Before joining Bray & Krais, Sarah held senior finance roles across professional services and high-growth and entrepreneurial companies, including Turner & Townsend and The Body Coach, where she supported leadership teams through significant periods of expansion and change.

Her expertise spans financial planning, reporting, compliance, and cash flow management, with a particular focus on streamlining financial processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Sarah is recognised for her practical approach, her ability to simplify complex financial information into clear insights, and her commitment to supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic goals.
