Olivia joined Bray & Krais in September 2023 as an Associate specialising in corporate and company commercial work.
Olivia obtained her undergraduate law diploma from the University of Surrey in 2019 and soon after her postgraduate diploma in law at London BPP Law School in 2021. Olivia then trained at leading Northern Irish law firm, Tughans LLP.
Olivia has experience acting for private limited companies, sole traders, start ups and angel investors in a multitude of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, equity investment, shareholder arrangements and company restructures.
