Paul joined Bray & Krais as a Consultant in 2019. Graduating with a degree in Law from Bristol University, Paul was admitted in 1992 and has more than three decades of experience in the music industry, primarily working “in-house” at music companies and including director level positions at Virgin Records, Sanctuary Records and Ministry of Sound.

Paul advises across a broad range of music related matters, with a particular emphasis on recording agreements, distribution and label services agreements, label agreements, publishing agreements  and music catalogue sale and purchase agreements.
